Good morning world

Back at the gym on a reg basis, diet has been really good. I’m expected good numbers over the next few weeks if I keep this up. I’m on day 52. it only took half my time in my 101 days to get on a sch. and that’s why I’m doing this in 101 day slots. at 101 I start over with my next 101 days.

Today is my 27 wedding anniversary. I’ll be celebrating in the gym tonight. :/ gotta do what you gotta do.

Stopping a negative thinking process takes work: it doesn’t happen overnight or on its own. The only way to change it is to battle back with some tough words of your own.
Next time the inner voice says “you can’t”, fight back with a little “watch me”. You’d be amazed at the things you can do once you get out of your own way. :)

So….

I enrolled in ISSA and am taking a Cert fitness trainer course…. Now do I plan to be one….don’t know. What I do plan to do it use the information to get my butt in gear and get this last 40 - 50 lbs off my body…Then we’ll see what it is I do with the certification. Time will tell…
